Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At we are committed to making the ordering and proofing process as easy as possible, giving the customer the opportunity to visualise the printed product before placing the order. Due to the custom made nature of the product, the printed items have no resale value to us or to other customers so no returns are accepted for printed products.

If there is a print error deemed to be our fault we will offer to re-print the products or provide a refund. Please note that we will require photos of the items for us to assess before you return them to us and any liability is agreed.

Returning your items

If a return is agreed, please package the items safely, preferably in the original packaging and return them to us using a tracked service. If the return was deemed a customer error, the return will be made at your cost. is not liable for damage occurred when returning your order or for your order being lost in transit.

Damaged or faulty orders

In the unfortunate event when an order arrives to you damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. For any other faults and issues, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the items.


Printed goods will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed. We will issue a refund within 15 days of receiving and checking the returned items. If the products are deemed damaged and/or unsaleable then the goods will be returned and no refund issued.


You can cancel your order and receive a full refund up to the point where your artwork is accepted and sent to print.

If you cancel after this, we will refund only the shipping. If the item was already dispatched please follow the returns procedure.
